Thinset (Tile Adhesives)
705 Proset Plus
- A professional-grade, single-component, polymer-modified thinset mortar for most interior and exterior installations of ceramic, porcelain and dimensional natural-stone tile. Innovative DUSTLESS Technology (DLT) produces significantly less dust than ordinary thinsets, promoting cleaner working conditions and reduced mess. This mortar contains a blend of dry polymers, resulting in strong adhesion to the substrate and tile. It can be used in most residential and commercial floor and wall applications.
735 Premium Flex
- A superior-grade, polymer-modified, multipurpose Portland cement thin set mortar offering flexibility, greater bond strength, and extended adjustability and open times. This mortar contains a high blend of dry polymers resulting in excellent adhesion to the substrate and tile.It can be used for both interior and exterior installations of tile in most residential and commercial floor and wall applications.
820 Merlite
- A superior-grade, single-component, non-sag, non-slip lightweight polymer-modified mortar for interior and exterior setting of large and heavy tile and natural stone. Its 30-lb. bag provides the same coverage as a typical 50- lb. bag of mortar. 820 DUSTLESS Merlite may be applied from 3/32” to 3/4” (2.4 mm to 19 mm) thickness for greater support under large and heavy tiles and stone. It is optimal for both interior and exterior installations of tile in most residential and commercial floor and wall applications.
855 XXL
- A superior-grade, single-component, non-sag, non-slip, polymer-modified mortar for interior and exterior setting of large and heavy tile and natural stone, and gauged porcelain tile (GPT). The premium tile adhesive may be applied up to 3/4” (19 mm) thickness providing better support under large and heavy tiles and stone
720 Rapid Set
- A premium-grade, rapid-setting, polymer-modified Portland cement medium bed mortar for installing porcelain, ceramic tile and natural stone. It is ideal for large format, ceramic, gauged porcelain and irregular-thickness stone tile installations.
Grout
Duracolor Sanded Grout
- Duracolor Sanded Grout is a premium-grade, pre-blended, polymer-modified Portland cement tile grout requiring only the addition of water for mixing. It grouts joints from 1 /8″ to 1/2″ (3 mm to 13 mm) providing color-consistent, hard and durable grout joints.
Duracolor Non Sanded Grout
- Duracolor Non-Sanded Grout is a premium-grade, pre-blended, polymer-modified Portland cement tile grout requiring only the addition of water for mixing. It grouts joints from 1⁄16″ to 1⁄8″ (1.5 mm to 3 mm) providing color-consistent, hard and durable grout joints.
Colored Caulking
- Merkrete Colored Caulking is an exceptional one-part, siliconized, acrylic-based caulking compound that is mold and mildew resistant. Special chemicals added during manufacturing greatly improve the workability, curing, flexural strength and resistance to a broad spectrum of fungal, algae and bacterial degradation. Colored Caulking is available in a sanded and smooth (non-sanded) formulation in all Merkrete Color Grout colors.
Cement Board
The use of lightweight polystyrene beads within the Portland cement core to provide performance benefits unique to the PermaBASE family of products.
• The use of polystyrene aggregate makes PermaBASE
products significantly lighter and easy to cut.
• The beads also contribute to the industry’s lowest water absorption, preventing the adhering mortar from drying prematurely.
The boards come in a 3′ X 5′ board with the option of 1/2 or 1/4 thickness.
Waterproofing Membrane
Hydro Guard
- Merkrete Hydro Guard 1 is a thin, load-bearing membrane composed of a modified elastomeric copolymer. With excellent elongation properties and remarkable strength, Hydro Guard 1 provides a 100% waterproof membrane coating while inhibiting the transfer of substrate cracks to the finished overlay. The membrane is installed in a liquid state and can be applied to practically any form or irregular shape (e.g., base flashings, parapets, walls, etc.).
Hydro Guard Mesh (Reinforcing Fabric)
- Merkrete Reinforcing Fabric is a durable, flexible, nonwoven, polyester engineered type II fabric for optional use with Merkrete Hydro Guard products when installed under ceramic tile or stone on residential and commercial interior applications to reinforce liquid waterproof membranes. Reinforcing Fabric is ideal for use over areas such as cracks, coves, corners, and areas around drains when used with Merkrete Hydro Guard products. It is easily cut to size with scissors or a razor knife, and smoothly incorporated in the liquid membrane.
Shower Pan Liner
Blue PVC Shower Pan Sheet Membrane for waterproofing under thick-bed tile installations. Available in 5 & 6 foot widths.
Sponges / Grout Sealer
This super soft sponge is great for cleaning in all areas, thinset, grout, great on all surfaces. Will not scratch even the softest of materials.
Grout Bomb
Grout Bomb adds an integrated sealer into Portland Cement Grouts before application, no need to seal later.Grout Bomb® reduces mottling, dust, and increases repellency and stain protection for added reaction.

SEALERS
Natural Look Sealers
Aqua Mix Natural Look Sealers are all penetrating / impregnating sealers, and are suitable for internal and external use. They contain active sealing molecules that penetrate and bond within the stone’s surface. These active ingredients, fill gaps and line the pore structures of the stone, tile or grout. What doesn’t penetrate the surface gets wiped away. They will not alter the slip resistance, peel, yellow or flake.
Penetrating Sealer is an economical, no sheen, water based penetrating / impregnating sealer for all porous interior & exterior natural stone (including around salt water swimming pools). Formulated to provide excellent protection. Perfect for very porous stone and tile. An ideal sealer for concrete, sandstone & brick. Last up to 5 years.
Ultra-Solv® is a premium grade, high performance solvent based penetrating / impregnating sealer for all interior & exterior natural stone (including around salt water swimming pools), tile & grout surfaces. Formulated to provide maximum stain protection, especially in food preparation and serving areas. This premium sealer also includes built in Microban® – Cured Sealant is Mould & Mildew Resistant. Perfect for very dense stone and tile such as porcelain and granite. Last up to 15 years.
Pro-Solv® is an economical, no sheen, solvent based penetrating / impregnating sealer for all interior & exterior natural stone (including around salt water swimming pools), tile & grout surfaces. Pro-Solv® is formulated to provide excellent stain protection. Perfect for very dense stone and tile. An ideal product for sealing porcelain tiles. Last up to 10 years.
Sealer’s Choice® Gold – Rapid Cure is a premium grade, high performance penetrating / impregnating stone, tile & grout sealer. It is a low VOC, water-based sealer formulated to provide maximum stain protection, especially in food preparation and serving areas. Ideal for all interior and exterior natural stone (including around salt water swimming pools), tile & grout surfaces. This premium sealer also includes built-in Microban® – Cured Sealant is Mould & Mildew Resistant, and this sealer lasts up to 15 years.
Aqua Mix® Grout Sealer is an easy to use premium, no sheen, natural look, water-based sealer that resists water, oil, and acid-based contaminants.
WHY SEAL?
When a liquid is spilt on a stone, tile or grout surface that has a degree of water absorption, a stain can result almost instantly as the reaction time to clean is short to zero! Sealing these same stone, tile or grout surfaces significantly reduces the degree of water absorption increasing the reaction time to clean and remove these contaminants before a stain can occur. Good sealers have reaction times measured in minutes, protecting the surface from primarily water based contaminants. The best or premium sealers have the longest reaction time measured in hours protecting surfaces from the widest range of contaminants both water and oil based
Enhancing Sealers
Aqua Mix Enhancing Sealers are penetrating / impregnating sealers, and are suitable for internal and external use. Unlike Natural Look Sealers, these will change the appearance of the surface. Enhancing Sealers highlight the natural characteristics of the stone without creating a gloss or shine. They contain active sealing molecules that penetrate and bond within the stone’s surface. These active ingredients, fill gaps and line the pore structures of the stone, tile or grout. What doesn’t penetrate the surface gets wiped away. They will not alter the slip resistance, peel, yellow or flake.
Enrich’N’Seal™ is a premium, no-sheen, enhancing sealer for stone, 100% polymer-solid with State-Of-The-Art Polycure™ Technology. It is a penetrating sealer formulated to darken, enrich, and highlight the character and beauty of unsealed natural stone. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer. Allows moisture vapor transmission. It also effectively seals and darkens the color of grout joints. Formulated to provide maximum stain protection. Lasts up to 15 years
Stone Enhancer is an economical, no-sheen, enhanced-look, penetrating sealer formulated to darken and highlight the character and beauty of unsealed natural stone. It rejuvenates the color and improves the appearance of worn and weathered stone. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer. Allows moisture-vapor transmission. What you need to know:
- $150 charge
- An adult over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery to sign off.
- You will receive a call from the store, day of delivery, prior to the driver heading out to the address.
- Our drivers will only unload the pallet not unpack boxes.
- The driveway / garage must be cleared in order for the forklift to safely unload materials without any obstructions.
- If the area is not clear and/or driveway is not capable of passage we will either leave material in a designated area determined by the customer or take the material back to the warehouse where there will be another delivery charge to go out to the address on a separate day.
- Drivers can not assist in moving any materials or miscellaneous items in the area that are not property of CM Enterprises.
- $300 charge

Talavera Tiles
Looking for a way to brighten up your home? With the variety of options from designs to solid colors the possibility’s are endless. Talavera tiles embody the authentic feel to any home project. Talavera has been made by hand for generations this old world process gives the uniqueness that Talavera is known for. These beautiful yet affordable tiles can also make a great coaster set for your friends and family!
Talavera tiles are concave(not perfectly flat). They are characterized as unique, irregular, functional, and expressive.
- Due to the handmade nature, tiles may vary by up to 1/4in. Sizes are nominal, meaning that sizes vary from the actual.
- Crazed effect or Crackle effect: Crazing effect refers to small cracks on the surface of a tile, characteristic which is inherent and may be visible before and/or after installation. However, over time this attribute may become more prominent or can be enhanced by using a contrasting colored grout.
- Finish: Due to the sensitive nature of talavera tiles surfaces scratches may be prominent in dark colors. For example, Cobalt Blue.
- Color variation within individual tiles
- Variations in thickness, flatness, size, & square.

Since 2019 CM Enterprises has installed over a variety of countertops throughout Las Cruces. Starting the New Year 2023 we are now fabricating material in house. What does that mean? Having the capability to fabricate ourselves will not only improve quality control but scheduling as well. Please keep reading below for our Countertop Guidelines.
Countertop Guidelines
Whether you’re looking into remodeling, expanding, or building a home we want the process to go as smooth as possible. Here is a guideline of the procedure on acquiring a quote with us for countertops.
Step 1- Selecting a stone for you.
Their are multiple materials to select from when choosing your countertop. Such as Quartz, Granite, Quartzite, Marble, Etc. Each material will provide you with different color, movement, and feel. Depending on what catches your eye.
Step 2- Setting up consultation with one of our Specialists.
Any questions you have regarding the stone, installation, or cost per square foot will be discussed at this time. If needed a measurement can be done with one of the specialists in order to get an accurate quote.
Step 3- Scheduling a Template
If quote is accepted one of our countertop specialists will schedule a day to go out to the home and measure the designated area where the countertop will be installed. After taking down all measurements your specialist will reach out with a date of installation.
Step 4- Deposit
50% of the payment is required to order the slab, then the remaining 50% will be required upon completion. (40% of the payment will be required prior to the install and the remaining 10% will be required upon completion of the job, each job varies on the timeline of completion.
Step 5- Final Walk Through
Once the countertop has been installed the specialist will do a final walk through. Our specialists will thoroughly examine the installed areas to make sure the customer is satisfied with the completion of the install.
